Empower & Enhance your life with YOUR BREATH……
Our breath is our connection to life, and making changes to the way we breathe can have profound and lasting effects on all aspects of our lives.
Studies show that 90% of us are not breathing correctly; by breathing deeply, we have all the oxygen we need for optimum health and detoxification.
Conscious Breathwork is a loving and powerful process of self-healing which supports us through life’s changes; life becomes easier to navigate with the help of our own breath.
By learning to open our breath, we can open up to MORE LIFE, transform subconscious behavioural patterns and reactions, clear emotional blockages and fill the space once occupied with fear with more Love, Joy and Abundance than you dared to dream of.
The majority of pain we experience is down to trapped emotions; this emotional baggage stays with us and disrupts our lives, and causes dis-ease and self-sabotage. This can manifest in our lives as stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD and many other conditions.
Talking therapies can help us to move forward in life, but the breath takes us to a deeper level in our process which is untouchable with the mind. To let go, move on from the past and improve our health on all levels, one must first clear the emotional charge and programming from ‘the body’; the breath does this with ease and grace.
If you are looking for powerful and permanent shifts in your body and your life, then Conscious Breathwork certainly can achieve this.
Through this profound therapeutic process, Julie Ann will support you to leave your past behind and focus on the future you are creating.
Safely held space so you can go as deep as you like.
This will be a drug and alcohol-free event, so we keep it as clean as possible and go as deep as possible with this work; if you smoke, try to keep it to the minimum possible. I encourage you to challenge yourself, but I’m definitely not policing anyone.
Your investment: This 3-day event is on a sliding scale of affordability, If you can afford the highest price this supports others to join us at a lower cost.
The Group Space is a massive 7m Bell Tent with a filled Groundsheet.
What to bring?
If you could bring some snacks, cake or chocolate, to share for breaks as desserts that would be amazing.
Also, bring a notepad, water bottle, and wear loose, comfortable clothing that you feel good in, preferably trousers and not jeans as there is body work involved.
Also, bring a Yoga mat or folded duvet to lie on 2/3 pillows and a blanket or two to keep the chills off.
Bring something to represent yourself to put on the alter, and if you would like to bring anything to add to the space like rugs and cushions, crystals, flowers from your garden, or musical instruments, all would be most welcome x
Otherwise, just bring an open heart and an open mind xXx
