A Day of Self-Love, Relaxation, Replenishment and Deep Nurturing with Award-Winning Breathwork Technique.
Suitable for beginners as an introduction to this advanced form of breathwork or as a refresher day for experienced breathers, it includes a healthy lunch in a Beautiful Private Venue in Central Macclesfield, Cheshire.
At this Day Retreat, you will receive personal 1-1 coaching support and understanding of n your personal breathing pattern and how this relates to the way you embrace life. You will gain more experience and understanding of how to open up your unique breathing pattern and how this has many benefits to enable you to find freedom from emotional blocks that cause, Anxiety, Stress, Burnout, Depression and Dis-ease.

This will include learning what Conscious Therapeutic Breathwork is. How does it work? And how we do it, with a full demonstration and how you can heal yourself physically, mentally and emotionally.

Julie Ann Horrox is a Breathwork Facilitator Coach with 23yrs of experience in conscious breathwork. She is a member of the International Breathwork Foundation, travelling globally to share her passion for breathwork. She works for the prestigious award-winning Arrigo Program in Somerset and has her own private practice in Macclesfield Cheshire. And has been working as a breathwork Trainer since 2003.
