We will start with a breath dance to move our energy and open your breath. Then we will move into the breath meditation which will be fully guided with music.
Create a comfortable space beforehand to lie down and breathe flat on the floor on a yoga pat or folded duvet with a pillow for your head and a blanket to two or sit upon a soft relaxing comfortable chair, sofa or blackjack, with your back and head supported.
If possible please place your camera so I can see your breathing pattern from the side for maximum benefit x
Suitable for complete beginners only 20 minutes breathing to introduce you to the work in a gentle way x
There will be 10 minutes available at the end of the session if anyone who needs support has questions or feedback.
If you need further support for anything that comes up during or after the session please do get in touch with me or please make sure that you ask for support with friends or family or other professionals.
