Postage & Packing (UK)

To ensure everything is guaranteed to arrive I mail everything via the Royal Mail’s First Class Signed for Delivery. This takes between 1-2 working days after posting and needs a signature for delivery. Proof of postage is always retained and items up to the value of £50 are insured.

Please be aware that anything over that is not insured, so please chose the higher postal charge for Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm® within the UK then goods are covered up to £500 and I can claim to remake any item for you or  you can chose Tracked foroverseas deliveries .

European Postage & Packing

All items posted to Europe are sent International Tracked & Signed a reliable delivery to Europe in 3-5 business days up to the value of £50 only. all parcels are however tracked end-to-end with online confirmation and signature on delivery. Proof of postage is always retained.

You can pay extra to ensure items up to £250, let me know if you require this higher postage rate, and remember that any duty or tariff charges are solely the customer’s responsibility

We can deliver almost anywhere in the world by Airmail. Please contact us if your country is not included in the shopping cart, prior to placing an order and we will be happy to give you a quote for delivery. Please be aware that any duty or tariff charges are solely the customer’s responsibility

All P&P UK, Europe and Worldwide

If a large order is placed, it is highly recommended to insure your package. Loveinthebreath is not liable for the loss of packages by Royal Mail.

If you’d prefer to pay less for shipping such as via 2nd class or unsigned for or similar, please contact me by email for the total costs Before You Place Your order, please note Loveinthebreath is not liable for anything that is posted uninsured or unsigned for.

All Artwork (except greetings cards) are printed to order and usually take between 1 week – 10 days to be produced.

Please let me know if you would like anything Faster and I will do my best to help you receive your goods on time. Orders must be received by 2 pm the day before posting for next day deliveries


Orders can be placed online or via email for commissioned or specially made items, Please contact me by email to discuss your order.

Full payment must be made in advance of the item/s being despatched. This can be either the full amount at the time of ordering or 50% on ordering followed by the remainder before the item/s are posted.
Deposits are non-refundable.

Orders placed online will be via direct bank transfer or secure payment provided by PayPal
If ordering commissions by email please send full details of the item/s you wish to have made as well as your contact details. An order form will be available soon.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you change your mind after placing an online order, you can cancel the purchase before we have sent our Dispatch Email to you. All dispatch emails are sent within one working day of the purchase. Orders can be cancelled by notifying us by email. We cannot guarantee a successful cancellation and full money back refund if a cancellation email is not received within one day of the purchase.



We do our best to send out orders which are in stock as soon as possible, orders are usually dispatched by the next working day, and you should receive goods within 2-4 working days. If you encounter any problems with your order, we promise to do our best to resolve the situation as soon as possible.

As harmful carbon emissions are produced in delivering orders to you, we work with more fuel-efficient delivery through the Royal Mail.

We do not take responsibility for delayed or non-delivery due to factors beyond our control.

Hand-Made Items

We also make special one-off pieces of jewellery or recycled clothes. All these items are therefore subject to variations from the photograph shown on the website.

We make every effort to ensure your item is made to your satisfaction. If a mistake is made it will be rectified without hesitation and as soon as possible.


Returns after dispatch

In an event you wish to return an item upon receipt, please notify us by email at within 7 days of receipt of the item, with the following information:

Product code
Reason for return
Whether you require a replacement, refund or credit

All items can be returned to Love in the breath, under the condition the item is in its original state, unworn and in its original packaging. We will gladly refund the total cost of the purchase less the original postage costs within 30 days of receiving the notice of returns and upon receiving the returned goods.
We take great pride in our jewellery and other products hence we pack very carefully to ensure it arrives with you in perfect condition.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights
Love in the breath guarantees the rights you have to return goods under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.


For health and hygiene reasons earrings can be exchanged or refunded only if they are found to be faulty upon receipt of the product.

Damaged items

We take great care and pride for ensuring our products are packaged securely before dispatch. In an unlikely event the item is received damaged upon arrival, please notify us by email immediately or within 2 days of receipt of the item, with photographic evidence.

Please return the item to Loveinthebreath within 7 days of notifying us of the problem and we will replace the item or give you a full refund.

How to return the item

Simply email and notify us at of your intention to return the item. We will reply to the email as soon as possible with our returns procedures.

Kindly note items returned are entirely at the sender’s risk. loveinthebreath cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of the item/s in anyway caused when in transit through the postage system. The sender is responsible for the returns postage fees, which is suggested you send via the Royal Mail ‘Special Delivery’ method as that will provide insurance for the goods too. Please obtain a receipt of proof of posting.
