Summer Solstice Blessings Love And Joy

Solstice is the perfect time to focus on what we are grateful for and to set intentions for
what we would like more of in our lives.

Summer Solstice which falls anytime between 20th & 22nd of June, it is a perfect time to pause momentarily and reflect upon the previous six months of the year, both internally and externally.

Congratulate yourself for all that you have achieved so far this year? Notice where you still feel stuck and unable to move forward? And acknowledge that where you are is perfect, didn’t give yourself a hard time.

Even if we find ourselves in a situation which we feel stuck and may feel like a victim due to circumstances in our life, we always have the choice to change our internal relationship which is reflected in the way that we breathe. When we work with our breath in a conscious way, the outer circumstance will always shift. Transformational Breath® is the most powerful healing available to us to Shift the flow of our life!

Summer Solstice is the longest day in the year in which the sun reaches its zenith in the sky. Day and night are in perfect balance. As with other Pagan festivals, this time of year was celebrated with rituals, festivals and feasting, as is still the case to this day. Midsummer is a perfect time to raise the consciousness of the planet by gathering together in groups with like-minded people to dance, sing, meditate, and doing some breath-work out in nature.

The Summer Solstice has been celebrated for thousands of years all over the world. In ancient Egypt,  the Summer Solstice coincided with the rising waters of the River Nile, which was crucial for crops to flourish in that region. The Nile was and still is a symbol of fertility, and was therefore sacred and regarded as the source of life. Due to the importance of this event, the Egyptian New Year would fall on the mid-point of the year at Summer Solstice.

The ancient Egyptian New Year was celebrated on the Summer Solstice,

The more that we heal as individuals, the more this raises the consciousness of the planet, and thus assists humanity and the earth. Healing ourselves is the most powerful thing that we can do at this time to help humanity as a whole.

For many of us, the return of the summer heat can be most welcome, energizing us and giving us a new lease of life. We are inclined to spend more time outdoors and participate more socially- the sun can literally bring us out of our shells. Summer in the northern hemisphere, however, can be unpredictable, cold and wet- there is no guarantee of a ‘good’ summer, and in the face of a rainy summer, we grab any ray of sun we can. But we need to honour the rain also- nature needs rain even if we don’ t appreciate it. We would not have this stunning green and pleasant land of
Avalon without the rain.

Just as the sun can be a metaphor for happiness, and so the rain can be seen to represent the not so desirable feelings, hence our aversion to it. Its time to let go of these judgments about your tears and sadness?

Because they are needed so much in the world, our tears and our compassion are the greatest healers, when we learn to love and accept all of our emotions with the breath, they then they will melt.

Transformational Breath® is a powerful tool for Integrating and entraining lower frequency feelings and raising them to a higher vibration and through this work, we are shifting the whole of humanity and this planet
from Fear to Love.

By recognising that we are a part of the planet and rely on the earth for sustenance- Gaia- in all Her forms and all Her seasons and all Her weather patterns- through rain, sun and storm- we are intimately connected to Gaia, who mirrors our emotions. It is the breath which connects us to Her. It is the breath which connects us to our emotions. It is the breath which gives life.

So this time of year- Midsummer- is such a wonderful time to celebrate our lives- even if we are going through difficulty, for it is through adversity
that the greatest learning and healing occurs.

Take a moment today to reflect. Take a moment to pause and be with yourself. Take some time alone in nature x

Take a moment to breathe and focus on receiving Love into your Heart.

Have a Wonderful Solstice, Sending You so Much Love from San Diago xXx
